Alan Garson is a successful businessman and licensed real estate agent based in Boca Raton, Florida. He started his career delivering newspapers, which gave him a sense of the value of money. After graduating from school in 1979, he became a doctor and opened five satellite offices in South Florida. He developed a demonstration project for President Reagan to reduce Medicare spending by 5% which was very successful and was bought out by Humana. After retiring from the medical field, he opened up a unique pet boutique with his wife, which was also very successful. In 2020, he sold the store to Petland, the largest chain in the country. Today, he is a licensed real estate agent at Compass Real Estate and a member of The Buchbinder Group, a team of real estate experts with market knowledge that can help clients save time and connect with qualified buyers or sellers.
